Can you explain the building process?
Yes, we have a step-by-step explanation of our building process from the initial consultation all the way through your move-in day!
How long will it take to build our home?
The time it takes to build your custom home depends heavily on architect plan turnaround, permitting, home size, and weather conditions. Once the slab is poured, it generally takes 5-6 months to completion.
Do you offer a Warranty?
All newly constructed homes are covered by law through Louisiana's New Home Warranty Act. Additionally, we offer a 1-2-10 Extended Warranty: 1-year Coverage of workmanship and materials, 2-year Coverage of major systems (i.e. plumbing, electrical, and HVAC), and10-year Coverage of structural defects.
Can I build on my own Lot?
Yes, we can build on a Lot that you have already purchased.
Does Pro One Corp have any Lots we can build on?

We have a library of Floor Plans to choose from, we can build from Floor Plans you've already acquired, or we can work with you and an architect to draw your plans from scratch.
